Tracking Your Shipment
We use Packlink for shipping, a platform that compares services from various couriers (e.g., BRT, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Poste Italiane, TNT…) to identify the most suitable option. During the shipping process, we will choose the most appropriate solution for sending your order. You can track your shipment by accessing one of the two links and entering the code. Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs
Lavandula shipments are handled exclusively through Packlink and delivered to most European countries. Delivery within Italy takes approximately 2–4 business days, excluding islands and Calabria. Due to public holidays in Italy, temporary delays beyond 4 days may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Within Italy
Shipping costs are €5.90 for orders under €49. Free shipping applies to orders over €49.
EU Shipping
Shipping costs are €25.
